Building East offers the use of technologically advanced low cost systems to enable smaller firms to compete on an equal footing in an increasingly e-enabled World.
The core product is known as TRADER Plus - a Web-based system that offers a range of facilities according to users' needs in a similar format to an Internet banking system.

One Form® was developed by St Helens Chamber in partnership with Liverpool University to provide on-line document handling facilities that enable smaller firms to deposit and record key details and documents. The system can re-order these details to generate vendor pre-qualification questionnaires required by major buyers in their own prescribed format.
The benefit of such a system is to enable smaller firms to take part in formal tendering without the workload associated with conventional paper systems that exclude so many.
TRADER Plus is a facilities rich e-business package that offers a full four layer on-line catalogue, request for quotation, requisitioning and ordering facilities leading to financial settlement.
