The London Lean Learning Academy

The London Lean Learning Academy (LLLA) provides subsidised training and support in Lean Thinking for London small and medium enterprises. Lean Thinking is a business improvement technique that creates wealth by eliminating waste. It begins with the idea that there are two kinds of business processes - those that add value for the customer - and those processes that don't (which we call waste). By improving those processes that add value for the customer, and banishing waste, businesses can reduce costs, improve quality, increase customer satisfaction and retention and - best of all - boost profits.
